Contract

Your relationship manager gathers key details of commercial agreement as well as performance from recent period. Lead personnel assigned to agreement invited to undertake assessment diagnostic.

Diagnostic

Lead and management personnel undertake the 8 minute assessment to determine how they engage and interact with their counterparts in the commercial relationship.

Context

Responses are based on lead and management personnel’s relationship with the counterparty’s personnel assigned to the nominated commercial agreement.

Relational Impact Profile

The Relational Profile is a visual representation of the qualities of the commercial relationship. It provides the high-level overview which enables organisations to understand and analyse the assessment results.

Key Features

The Relational Impact Profile represents the relationship between the key personnel of the Buyer and/or Supplier organisations assigned to manage commercial agreements. For each agreement, it identifies and measures:

  • Level and quality of Trust between the parties
  • Amount of potential Friction within the agreement
  • Level of Harmony within the management team
  • Where it lies on the Relational-Transactional spectrum
  • Relational contract norms strengths and weaknesses

Improve

Apply assessment results to improve and maintain relationship performance.

Improvement program

Organisations self-interpret the relational contract report results to plan and develop a program of improvement activities.
